Build the
world first

Most artists make the music and then guess at everything else — the name, the look, the sound, the rollout. We don't guess. We direct.

Why good music
goes nowhere

You've probably had at least one of these.

None of that is a music problem. It's that there's no world underneath the music — nothing holding the songs, the visuals and the way you show up together. So every release starts from zero and nothing builds.

We build the architecture. Who you are, what your music is really about, who it's for, what it looks like, what it sounds like, and how it gets released. Then everything you make after points the same way, and people start recognising you instead of just your last song.

Option One
The Foundation
£35
£90 standard
Founding rate
One session · About 2 hours · Documents within days

One long conversation about you and your music, then a written playbook you keep. Best if you're not sure who you are as an artist yet, or you know and can't put it into words.

  • Your Brand Playbook
Where you're from, what your music is actually about, the kind of artist you are, who your audience is and why they'd care. The document everything else gets built on.
  • Your artist statement, three lengths
One line, a short paragraph, and a full version. For your bio, press, submissions, funding applications. So you never have to write "I'm an artist from London" again.
  • Your positioning
What makes you different from the artists in your lane, written so you can say it out loud. Most artists can't answer this.
  • Three north-star references
Three artists to learn from, with exactly what to take from each and what to leave. How you get influenced without sounding like a copy.
  • A visual mood summary
The starting direction for how your world should look, so your next cover isn't a guess.
Option Two
The Full Build
£120
£300 standard
Founding rate
Four sessions · Six documents

Everything above, plus your visual world, your sound, your next cover and your whole rollout. Best if you've got a project coming and you want it to land like something rather than just appear.

  • Brand Playbook
Your story, your character, your positioning, your audience, your statement in three lengths.
  • Visual Identity System
Your colours with the actual codes, your fonts, how your photos get shot and graded, a brief for your logo, and the rules. Send it to a designer and they build without you explaining anything.
  • Sonic Identity Guide
For your producer or engineer. Tempo, drums, vocal approach, reference tracks with what to take from each, and a list of what your music never does. The one that makes your songs sound like the same artist made them.
  • Cover-Art Direction
A written brief for your next cover. Specific enough that a designer knows what to make, loose enough that they can still be good at their job.
  • Campaign Architecture
Your rollout mapped — what to post, when, and in what order, from now until after the release. So you stop wondering what to post.
  • Video Treatment Brief
A shootable treatment — the idea, the locations, the shots, the look. Hand it to whoever's filming.
Why it's this cheap

These are founding rates for the first five artists, and they're well under what the work is worth. I'm trading price for proof — I want a handful of finished builds I can show, and artists who'll tell me honestly what worked. Once those five are done the rates go to standard and stay there. Whatever you pay now is what you'd pay if you came back.

Sessions, start to finish
The biggest change was learning how to think about the bigger picture.

"I now have a much clearer idea of how the music, visuals, artwork and campaign should work together to tell the story of the EP, rather than treating everything as separate pieces."

Oxy · North London

"They've genuinely helped me with my craft and pushed me to keep staying ambitious and consistent with making my music and my EP. Would 100% recommend these sessions."

Straight Up

What this
is not

We don't design your cover or film your video. We do something rarer — we direct the thinking that makes them worth making, and we write the briefs so whoever does build them gets it right first time.

We're not a label and this isn't management. No contracts, no cut of your music, nothing signed away. You own everything, including the documents.

It only works if you turn up honest. There's homework between sessions and the sessions go deep. If you're not ready to talk properly about your music, wait until you are.

The Process

How it runs

  1. You apply
A short form — your music, your project, where you're strong and where you're stuck. Five minutes.
  2. We talk
Twenty minutes. I tell you one real thing I'd do with your project, and which tier actually fits — including the cheaper one when that's the honest answer.
  3. You book the whole block
All your sessions go in the diary at once. The build works because it's compressed, not because it's long.
  4. We run the sessions
You talk, I dig, and you leave each one with decisions made rather than notes to think about.
  5. You get the pack
Everything as one branded PDF set, plus a call walking you through what each document is for and how to use it.
